This Nursery World Conference at The Ibis, Earls Court, London was a highly successful event. Inspiring speakers and a variety of workshops and exhibitors ensured that delegates came away with lots to reflect on and plenty of new ideas about how to overcome limited budgets to enhance children’s play & accelerate their development through parental engagement, staff involvement & independent play. A further excitement at the end of the day saw the ‘hot-off-the-press’ announcement of the Tickell Review of the EYFS. Helen Moylett, one of the panel of experts involved in the Tickell Review shred key findings and answered delegates’ questions.
